Hire Our Space

Our building is hired by many groups – community groups, Government departments, clubs, private functions, weddings and NGOs.

Our facilities comprise of:

  • Auditorium which measures 15 x 15m, and seats approx. 250 people.
  • Hall which measures 12 x 8m, and seats approx. 100 people.
  • The Hall and Auditorium can be combined to seat up to 400+ people however we only have seating for 300.
  • A spacious ‘Lounge’ which measures 12 x 12m, and seats approx. 100 people.
  • Three smaller rooms suitable for small meetings or ‘break out spaces’. These rooms seat 1-25 people.
  • Cafe space which seats 25 people around tables and has gas oven and coffee machine available with prior arrangement. (this space will hopefully be open commercially from mid November 2018)
  • Two main kitchens off the main areas of both buildings. There is a ‘Zip’ of instant boiling water in each kitchen area. The 2 large kitchens each have two ovens, a fridge freezer and a microwave. The kitchens are equipped with plates, cutlery and cups for 100 people in each.
  • 10 trestle tables are available and there are other smaller tables in both Lounge, Hall and Foyer available to use.
  • We have a whiteboard on wheels which can be made available to you, but please ask if needed, as it may otherwise be in use by others on the day of your booking.We have screens, TV’s, data projector, and microphone/speaker for your
    use in various rooms.

These are available with instruction sheets allowing hirers to play PowerPoints, watch videos and have microphones. If you require any further function this will require tech support (additional charges apply).

It is possible that multiple groups can operate in the building at the same time – sometimes church staff or a church related group may take place alongside another event, and the amenities may need to be shared.

If this is not suitable, please specify with your booking that you would like to book the entire facility and we can discuss this further.Should you make a booking we will send you forms to read and sign along with an alarm code (new building only), a code for the lock box to get into the main building or a code to the back door of the lounge. An invoice will be emailed to you before the hire.
